Medisure was founded in 1992 under the chairmanship of Kaiser Waheed. Medisure has set its mission to serve the ailing humanity by introducing innovative drugs. The company endeavors to improve the quality of life of patients from crippling and devastating diseases and to make every effort to ensure the availability of life saving medicines. Medisure as a responsible player in the pharmaceutical market of Pakistan, markets drugs at affordable prices.
The company has its Head Office at D-6, Al-Hillal Society, Main University Road, Karachi, Pakistan with a widely nationally distributed network of field representatives and managers in Pakistan. The field force comprises of 107 people including medical representatives and managers reporting to the National Sales Manager stationed in Karachi. For promotional purposes Pakistan is divided in two regions, South and North. Each region is responsible to a Regional Manager in Karachi and Lahore respectively. Regions are divided in to areas manned by Area Managers who directly report to their respective Regional Managers. The Head Office houses the Marketing Department, Medical Department and Regulatory Affairs, Finance and Administration Department and the MIS Department. The Medical Representatives (called Executive Marketing) are organized in three promotional teams.
