Mode of Action:

Neurocoline provides the key components of the neuronal cell membrane e.- cytidine and cho­ line thus it stabilizes the cell membrane and re-establishes neurochemical functions. It re­ moves free fatty acids (toxic free radicals) pro­ duced as a result of ischemic injury in the brain. Citicoline also increases the levels of acetylcho­ line,a neurotransmitter believed to be associ­ ated with learning and memory functions.
